Carefully place your pointer along side edge until it becomes double headed arrow and pull it in to reduce width then do same with top or bottom edge and do the same to reduce height, this will reduce size somewhat but not too much and of course reversing the process will make them bigger but I guess you dont want that. Microsoft has made creating Sticky Notes in Windows 10 almost as easy as the physical version.
